Warranty and repair

Not satisfied with your product? Or is it not working properly? Then we’ll have to find a solution to that.

You can find our warranty provisions and warranty handling in our After-sales service & installation charter. If you want to send a product back, then we ask you to complete the Repair/warranty request form and send it back to us together with the goods.

You can order an extra 5 year warranty on specific Victron Energy products. To order it, you need to complete this form and send it to info@ysebaert.be.

 

Right of withdrawal (only for private customers)

When you buy goods or services from us, during a period of 14 days as of the delivery you have the right to decide that you do not want to keep the goods. You can then send your order back without paying a penalty and without any obligation to give a reason (you do pay the return shipping costs yourself). Within 14 days after we have received the returned order we will reimburse to you its full purchase price via a bank transfer.

We do ask that the products be sent back in original condition and packaging, together with a copy of the invoice and specification of your bank account number.
