Ordering

In order to order via the SmartEnergyShop, you must first log in with your e-mail address and password. If you do not yet have a login, you first have to register.

If you are an existing business customer of Ysebaert NV, you can register via your VAT number. After approval in our administrative system (this is a manual process), you will receive access to your special purchase prices, order history, favourites and invoices.

Depending on whether you are a private customer or business customer, you will see the prices respectively inclusive and exclusive of VAT.

The ordering process is very simple:

  1. Put the chosen article in your shopping basket via the green order button. This brings you automatically to your shopping basket, where you can change the number or remove the article from the basket if desired.
  2. If you received a discount code you can also enter it here and via the button "Use discount coupon"[l1]  the prices in the article overview are recalculated. After entering the discount code all prices in the shop are also recalculated. In this way you immediately see your net purchase prices.
  3. When you have added all articles and want to finish your order, you use the button "Go to checkout"[l2] . If you are not yet logged-in or registered, you can then still do this.
  4. Select your invoicing address and enter your order reference (required) that we will mention on your order confirmation, shipping note and invoice.
  5. Then you can select a delivery address.
  6. After that, choose between picking up your order or having it shipped to you (possible extra shipping cost is indicated here).
  7. At the next step you choose the method of payment (see payment).
  8. As a final step you check all data and - if everything is correct - you go automatically, in the case of direct payment, to the payment page.  

Further steps that you can now expect from us:

  1. You receive an e-mail with the message that your order has been well received and an overview of your order.
  2. As soon as your order has been approved in our administrative system you receive from us an order confirmation with an indication of the expected delivery date.
  3. When your goods have been packed and you have already paid, you will receive an e-mail with the invoice. If you are coming to pick up your goods yourself, this is also mentioned in this mail.
  4. If your order is being shipped, you receive a final mail with the tracking code so that you can monitor your order.
  5. Business customers with extension of payment will get their invoice sent by e-mail later.
